These terms govern your use of Lawdojo, an independent SQE1 preparation service operated by Janus Compliance Limited — registered in England and Wales (company no. 16583861), registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF. By using the site you agree to them. Contact: michaelo@januscompliance.co.uk.

The service

Lawdojo provides SQE1 practice questions, mock papers, progress feedback and an AI tutor. It is a study aid for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination. It is not legal advice, careers advice, or a guarantee of any exam result, and it is not affiliated with the SRA or Kaplan. The definitive assessment rules are set by the SRA.

Accounts

You sign in with your email (a one-time link) or with Google. Keep your access secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.

Pricing, access and payment

Your right to cancel, and refunds

The Complete purchase is digital content supplied immediately. By buying it and starting to use the unlocked content, you ask us to begin supply at once and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once access has started. If something is faulty or not as described, contact michaelo@januscompliance.co.uk and we will put it right or refund you. Nothing here affects your non-excludable rights under UK consumer law.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

The questions, explanations, notes and other content are owned by Lawdojo and licensed to you for your own personal exam preparation only. You may not copy, scrape, republish, share or resell the content or bank, and you may not use automated means to extract it or to abuse the AI tutor. We may suspend access for breach.

Disclaimer and liability

We work hard to keep the questions accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the content is error-free or that using Lawdojo will result in a pass. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for exam outcomes or indirect losses. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
